1. Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement within 6 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement is applicable only if the product is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect item delivered
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Replacement requests made after 6 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for replacement or refund:
The item must be in original condition.
It must not show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.
SWAMI ART reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. Refund Policy
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4 to 5 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Items returned after 6 days from delivery.
Products without original packaging or tags.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
